I cannot access my voicemail/My voicemail is not working
- From your phone (that is plugged into your magicJack) dial your own number. Or: Click the Voice Mail button on your Softphone (the phone displayed on your computer screen).
  When you hear a voice, press the * (star) key. When prompted, dial the default password 1234 on your phone or Softphone. Please change your password after you have accessed your account. Follow the prompts to personalize your options.
Cannot Receive Calls
- Please unplug your phone from your magicJack and leave your magicJack connected to the computer. Now try placing a call to your magicJack number, if the call goes through please try using a different phone with your magicJack.
  Please go to my.magicJack.com and make sure call forwarding is not enabled.
  If the call does not go through, please give us your magicJack number and we will look into it now.
Audio Quality
- Please try connecting your magicJack to a different USB port and try again
- If that did not work, Click here
  - Please try using a different phone with your magicJack

    - Please reboot your modem and router (if you are using one) for 3 minutes
Lost Password and eMail Address
- Click here to visit my.magicjack.com, then click the "Remind me By Email" button. An email with your password will be sent to your registered email address.
Cannot start my magicJack
- Please go to my computer and double click the magicJack icon.
  If that does not work:
  Open task manager (control+alt+delete) and click the tab named processes. Locate and end the following processes: UTSCSI, NEWNET_SETUP, MAGICJACK, and MAGICJACKLOADER. If one or several of these are not listed, do not worry. Now unplug your magicJack, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
Blue Light is Not on/ I Cannot Click Telephone in Menu
- Click here to Download and run the Recover Tool from the link below. After running the tool, unplug your magicJack, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
Status of My Order
- Please allow 4-10 days for Standard Mail, or 2-4 days if you selected Priority Mail.
PC Speakers Don’t Work
- 1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. If your Control Panel is in Category View, double-click Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices. If not, go directly to the step 4
  4. Double Click on Sounds and Audio Devices
  5. Click the Audio tab (the middle one)
  6. Under both Sound Playback and Sound Recording, select your default audio device (the one you want to use) from the drop down menu
  *Never select Tigerjet as your default device
  7. Click the box labeled "Use Only Default Device" (located in the bottom left corner of the window)
  8. Click Apply and OK
Echo
- Please go to "MENU" on your magicJack, click headset/volume control and lower the volume for both microphone and speakers to about 1/3 of max.
  If that does not work: Try plugging your magicJack into a different USB port.
  If that does not work: Please reboot your modem and router (if you are using one) for 3 minutes.
  If that does not work: Try using a different phone with your magicJack.
magicJack is Not Recognized by Computer

Voicemail
- To retrieve your voicemail, simply use your mouse to click the VOICEMAIL button on your magicJack softphone, or dial your own number (from any phone). At the automated voice press the star (*) button. When prompted, enter your default password: 1234. Then follow the prompts to change your password, customize or retrieve your voicemail.
  
  If you have changed your password to a password that has more than 4 digits, please try the first 4 digits of the new password as only 4 digit passwords are allowed.
Call Forwarding
- Please Click here to visit my.magicjack.com, enter your email address and password, and set up call forwarding. Make sure that you click the enable button.
Cannot Make Calls
- Please unplug your phone from your magicJack and leave your magicJack connected to the computer. Now place a call using the softphone dial pad on your screen. If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.
